Therèse Benoza is a Filipino-Canadian classical pianist recognized for her musicality and passion for nurturing the next generation of musicians. She began piano lessons at age six and quickly developed a love for music's ability to inspire connection, creativity, and self-expression. 

 

An ARCT-level pianist and aspiring music therapist, Thèrese is currently completing her Bachelor of Music at the University of Toronto, pursuing certificates in Piano Pedagogy, Entrepreneurship, and Music & Health.

Her achievements include first-place awards at the Peel and Kiwanis Music Festivals, a featured performance at the Peel Music Festival All Stars Concert at the Rose Theatre, and finalist appearances at the Ontario Music Festival Association Provincials (OMFA). Beyond piano, she has performed in musical theatre, church choirs, and most recently, the University of Toronto Soprano-Alto Chorus.

With over three years of teaching experience, Therèse brings artistry, versatility, and warmth to her role as a musician and educator, fostering a lifelong appreciation of music in her students.
